Rates for your holiday stay.

Holiday Finca Spain, Costa del Sol.

Finca el Bosque offers very reasonable rates for your stay at our rural holiday apartments. The minimum stay is 3 nights and our rates stay the same all summer, however, in off-season months November to March please contact us for extra special rates on an individual basis. 

Summer Season April to October 

  • Casa Tomillo: 150.00 Euros per night*
  • Casa Romero: 225 Euros per night*
  • Both apartments (sleeping up to 11 people) 350.00 Euros per night*

  • *Minimum 3 nights stay.
  • *Prices include local taxes (IVA).

  • *Booking deposit 10% of the total (In case of cancellation, transferable to another available date, but non-refundable).
  • *Balance can be paid in cash on arrival, or via a bank transfer to arrive in our account at least 7 days before your booking starts. 
  • *Check-in: 16.00 (4pm) to 21,00 (9pm), Late check-in between 21.00 and 00.00 there is a 50 Euro supplement. 
  • *Damages Deposit: A fee of 150 Euros, per apartment, must be paid along with the rental fee, this is to cover any accidental damages, or the loss of our gate remote control, or keys. Normally this is returned to you in full on your departure provided there are no damages/losses to consider. 

Special Events: We charge a fee for event days, such as weddings, parties, etc, this is to assist with cleaning and site preparation, the fee is determined on an individual basis.
